CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS

* Significant engagement with hotel guests / customers in variety of tasks

* Guest check-in & check-out functions during rostered shifts

* Mostly day shift but some evening / early morning shifts may be given

* Guest reservations and other related office functions

* Revenue collections and income summary reports done on each shift

* Bar / Café guest service activities given from time to time

* Internal and external customer relationship tasks

* Significant team relationship, communication and cooperation

* Other appropriate hotel tasks given depending on operational demand

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

* Ideal for Hospitality Management students on part-time or full-time engagement

* Training given if you are without hospitality operational experience

* Prefer mature students but willing to consider part time for younger students

* Must be good communicator with polite, happy, friendly outlook & neat appearance

* Must be willing to learn multiple tasks & work with minimum supervision

* Should gain confidence & ability to make commonsense decisions quickly

* Able to merge into our culture of “family, ethics, honesty, team spirit & helpful attitude”

 

OTHER IDEAL REQUIREMENTS

* Current job intake, preference given to a male person

* Preference given to Nasinu residents but others may be considered
