Copy of Accounts Officer

Job Summary
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will join the business on a full-time, permanent basis as an Accounts Officer.

You will manage the full function accounts payable and accounts receivable process, applying your strengths in invoice processing, matching purchase orders, reconciliations, payment runs, and query resolution. In addition you will enjoy the challenge and variety of receipting, allocations, reconciliations, collections, and debtor management. This is a critical role within the business and requires the ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels of the business, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

For success in this permanent, full-time Accounts Officer opportunity, you will have: 
• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills 
• Problem solving ability 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency 
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous
